HomeUpfitters stores your account, the home address, window measurements, quote requests, and quotes.

Sign in uses your email and a password. A verification link and a password reset link are single use and expire. Passwords are stored as a slow hash, not as plain text.

If Google Drive is connected, photo files stay in that Drive and this app stores the link. If Drive is not connected, the picture is stored with the quote until you connect Drive.

A session cookie named hu_session keeps you signed in. It is required for the account. There is no advertising tracker.

When you send a quote request, partner companies can see that request and the inventory snapshot on it. They do not see later changes to your live inventory. You see prices only after a company sends the quote.

Connecting Google Drive is optional and is handled by Google. Their terms cover that step.
